  Please feel free to ask us for the detail at the "Contact us" form on our website. We will get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 3 working days. We are also available for Skype or We Chat or What's app app conference by appointment.

• Choose Your Shooting Plan

  We will carefully listen to your requests and questions to propose the best plan for you.

• Choose Shooting Date

  Once you have decided your plan and your location to have a photo shoot in, we will comfirm your preferred shooting date and then we will move on to the next step to complete your reservation.

• Pay The Deposit

  As a part of the reservation process, you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit that is 30% of the selected package price to secure your shooting day. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of the photo shoot.

• Reservation Completed

  Once you have done paying the deposit, the reservation has been completed. Please wait for a reservation comfirmation letter from us.

• One Day Before Your Shooting

  * This session normally takes 1-2 hours.
  * For customer who choosing Kimono only, this session is not necessary.

• The Day Of Your Shooting

  * This session normally takes more than 4-9 hours depending on the plan you choose.

• Advanced Meeting

  Our team will carefully go over all the details with you. We will intently listen to and discuss the style and taste you desire for your photos.

• Fitting

  Leave your worries behind as we have a variety of wedding kimonos/dresses/tuxedos for you to choose.
  (For customers requiring a special size, please notify us in advance.)

• Hair & Makeup And Dressing

  No matter what kind of style, our professional hair and make-up artist will ensure you look your best. And they would follow you for whole day and touch up for you anytime.
  (It takes about 2 hours)

• Shooting

  Our professional photographer will make sure to capture beautiful photos only obtainable in Japan.

• Review & Payment

  After your shoot, photographer will show you all the original images. And complete the payment at last.

• After Your Shooting

• Download All Photo Data

  We will upload photo data (JPEG) to the cloud storage "Dropbox" within 2 weeks from your photo shoot day. You can download all photo data from the Dropbox link that we send you and select the photos for your album.

• Selection

  Please choose the photos for your album, fill out the "Photo selection seat" that we send you with the Dropbox link. After filling it out, please return it to us by email.

• Photo Product Creation

  After receiving your selection form, we simply retouch your selected photos for your album and create your photo board and album. It usually takes about 2-3 months for the process.

• Shipping

  We deliver your products to your address by air. Normally you can get your products within 2-3 weeks.
